Olalla and Arcoíris Cultural are excited to share the continuation of our Health Moms (Madres Saludables) class in collaboration with Lincoln County Public Health and WIC Oregon. These free childbirth education classes are for Spanish-speaking pregnant people in Lincoln County.
Alongside instructor Rebecca Cabral, participants will cover the following topics and information:
Before, during and after birth
Healthy pregnancy and nutrition
What to expect with American prenatal and maternity care
Newborn care
Breastfeeding/chestfeeding and infant care
Postpartum health, recovery and nutrition
