On June 22, Project Bravery and Walden Project kicked off their ten-week Summer Arts Club painting ceramic birds! There were about a dozen young people present, and each one had a unique vision for their bird. We got to know each other in fun ways over the course of the hour and a half. We will meet again on the 29th to finish our birds now that the paint has had a week to dry. Other activities for the club will include a nature-based writing activity, mosaics, beading, tie-dye, and much more!
