SMART Recovery® is the leading self-empowering addiction recovery support group. Participants learn recovery tools based on the latest scientific research and participate in a world-wide community with free, self-empowering, science-based mutual help groups and online services.
SMART Recovery utilizes a collection of scientifically-proven tools and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), as well as some motivational enhancement techniques.
Brave Families is a safe, welcoming, supportive space for caregivers of LGBTQIA2S+ youth where you can ask questions, share experiences, and find community with other caregivers in a confidential setting. Whether you are looking for resources for the queer youth in your care, would like to get some queer 101 basics, or are looking for support and connection, you are welcome here!
