Olalla Center is working with Lincoln County Public Health to offer two upcoming Covid-19 vaccination events. Guatemalan and Latina/o/x communities are invited to a Newport event on Friday, September 17th from 4 to 8 pm at La Juquilita Mexican grocery store located at 312 SW Coast Highway. A Lincoln City clinic will take place Sunday, September 19th from 3 to 7 pm at El Torito Market located at 304 SW Highway 101. Attendees will receive a $25 gift voucher for groceries.
Spanish translators will be on hand to reduce barriers. And professionals will answer questions surrounding the vaccines. Although Olalla Center events are geared towards Guatemalan and Latina/o/x populations, all people are welcome and encouraged to attend.
